Day 1 –   Windhoek to Harnas Wildlife Foundation (304km)

Your guide will pick you up at your accommodation at 09H00 .You will drive towards the eastern part of Namibia. The journey will take you about 4 Hours to the first established Wildlife foundation in Namibia. Harnas is one of the few wildlife orphanages and medical centers in the world to take in abused, injured, and captured wild animals from Namibia, Botswana, and southern African nations, saving hundreds of animals per year. Its mission is to protect life; done through the responsible and effective management, regulation and understanding of the resources necessary for this task. Dinner will be served at the lodge and this is the perfect time to have your guide explaining the itinerary to you and provide questions if you may have any.

Day 2. Harnas Wildlife Foundation

The Lodge offers a wide variety of activities, but you will be joining the Morning Feeding tour which will provide you with more information about the lodge. The people and most of all learn more about the animals and contribute to their conservation efforts.

During the course of this drive you will visit our senior baboons, caracals, lions, cheetahs, African wild dogs and leopards. Watch them being fed by our experienced guides and listen to their stories. The scenic route that takes you to our magnificent carnivores lends the opportunity of spotting some of the free roaming reserve animals. This is not just a great way to learn about these amazing animals, it is also a unique up close photographic opportunity.

Day 3– Harnas Wildlife Foundation to Waterberg (371km)

We continue after breakfast towards the northern part of Namibia to a lodge surrounded by game-rich natural scenery. The lodge is ideally suited to the adventurous and nature lovers.

Travelling north, you pass through some of the country’s best established commercial farmland and stop at quaint towns along the way . The journey will take you about 5 hours including the breaks in between.

On arrival we will check into our lodge and enjoy the nature surrounding us.

Day 4- Waterberg to Etosha National Park (283km)

After breakfast we continue once more for a greater African experience in the Etosha National Park. The journey will take us a short 3 hours of driving. Etosha National Park is one of Southern Africa’s finest and most important Game Reserves.

Etosha, meaning “Great White Place”, is dominated by a massive mineral pan. The pan is part of the Kalahari Basin, the floor of which was formed around 1000 million years ago. The Etosha Pan covers around 25% of the National Park. On arrival we will check into our lodge , because the lodge is located 20min from the main gate of the Park ,we will do a short afternoon drive within the park by visiting various waterholes. Before sunset we will drive back to the lodge for a relaxing evening.

Day 5 – Etosha National Park

The second day in the park. A full day’s worth of game driving awaits and we drive early to enjoy the cool morning air,   Along the way we visit several waterholes and are afforded splendid views of the massive Etosha Pan. The game viewing is excellent throughout the year and we have the chance to spot a few new species that are not normally seen on any of the other camps in the park.

After a long day of driving we drive towards the lodge for a nice relaxing afternoon, with a good lunch. The rest of the afternoon will be of total relaxing and late afternoon we drive again to visit few waterholes. The Dinner will once more be served at the lodge.

Day 6 – Okaukuejo camp to Madisa Camp (298km)

After breakfast we drive slowly towards Damaraland . Damaraland is one of the most scenic areas in Namibia, a huge, untamed, ruggedly beautiful region that offers traveller a more adventurous challenge. Here there are prehistoric water courses with open plains and grassland, massive granite koppies and deep gorges. Towards the west, the geography changes dramatically with endless sandy wastes, that incredibly are able to sustain small, but wide-ranging, populations of desert-adapted elephant, black rhino, giraffe, ostrich and springbok. These animals have adapted their lifestyles to survive the harshness of the sun-blistered, almost waterless desert spaces.

The journey will take us about 4 hours to our camp ,just before arriving at the camp we will visit the Damara Living Museum. This is basically just to inlighten you about the Damara culture that has been living here for decades. The museum focuses on the way of living and farming as well as the medication use by the Damaras in the past.

Day 7 – Madisa Camp to Swakopmund (282km)

After breakfast we will be departing the camp towards the coastal part of Namibia. Once again a very scenic drive through the Damaraland and a quick stop to view the Highest Mountain of Namibia- Brandberg Mountain standing at the hight of 2,573 m. We will reach Swakopmund in the late afternoon and guest can basically take the rest of the day exploring and booking own activities for the next day.

Day 8 Swakopmund

Our second day in Swakopmund will be an adventurous day. We have the opportunity to join activities or just take a walk through the German town of Swakopmund.

Day 9 – Swakopmund to Namib Naukluft Park (261km)

After breakfast we continue to the South of Namibia , one of Namibia best and most visited areas (Namib Desert) . Our drive with take us about 5 hours with the breaks in between. We will first visit Walvis Bay to visit the lagoon and the flamingos. The drive will be a very scenic drive as we approached the Namib Desert , with dry rivers and mountains . On arrival guest can enjoy the beautiful sunsets of the Desert.

Kuiseb Canyon

Day 10 – Namib Naukluft Park

Pre-dawn departure, we traveling one hour to the famous dune 45 . A climb up the sand dunes will give a superb view up and down of the Tsaucab River Canyon which forms the valley between the famous sand dunes. Your guides prepare breakfast at the bottom of the dune. After breakfast we drive to the Deadvlei in the Sossusvlei Area. We return to Sesriem, enjoy lunch. Afternoon we explore the Sesriem canyon on foot. We will then be heading to the guest farm which is about 1 hour drive and enjoy the afternoon completely relaxing.
